PID ( Pre-Insulated Duct )

Pre-Insulated Ducts : This latest air duct model has the innovation to improve air quality while saving energy. It is easy to install and fire retardant. Rectangular Duct

Rectangular ducts are made from galvanized or stainless steel. The sheets are cut and folded into the desired shape using automated machines controlled by computers for the highest precision. Moreover, customers can order the ducts to be sprayed with oil paint or powder color into the tone they wish. It can be lined with heat insulation both on the inside and on the outside, making it suitable for air duct and ventilation systems. All processes adhere to SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.

Spiral Round Duct

Spiral round ducts are made by machines imported from Japan. They are rolled into shape and have double seams. The ongoing spiral form not only strengthens the duct but also neatens the appearance. Design and manufacturing processes are completed by machines controlled by computers for the highest precision. All processes adhere to SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.

Black Steel Welding Duct

Black steel welding ducts are preferable for ventilating air and smoke from kitchens. They are also called Kitchen Air Ducts (KAD). Because these ducts are made from black steel, they are more durable towards heat, especially when coated with rockwool or Hi-Temp.

Long Seam Duct

These ducts have a straight long seamline. The inside is smooth and has a double seam fold which is pressed by a modern machine. These ducts can be made from zinc and stainless steel. It is suitable for air conditioning systems and ventilation systems, e.g. heat, smoke, exhaust gas, or odor suction ducts.

Flexible Duct

These highly flexible ducts are made from aluminum foil and polyester. Also, Suitable for all type ventilation fans. The structure is made from springs that are coated with rust proof copper and a special fire retardant adhesive. The product is lightweight yet durable, being able to withstand high temperatures and corrosion from chemical vapor. It is easy to install in all air conditioning systems and ventilation systems.

Grille and Diffuser

Air grilles help disperse air to a designated area for air conditioning or ventilation purposes. These products are available in many designs, from standard models to customized designs. Customers can order square diffusers which disperse air into 1-4 directions, slot diffusers with 1-4 or more slots, registers with double layered components to disperse air into 4 directions, jet diffusers, return air grilles, and exhaust air grilles.

Volume Damper

Dampers are used in ducts to adjust the airflow and direction. It prevents air from automatically flowing backwards or adjusts the airflow in order to maintain the temperature and moisture in each room. Dampers can be controlled manually or automatically. It is made from special thick galvanized steel. Customers can custom order them as required. The design and manufacturing processes are completed by machines controlled by computers for the highest precision. All processes adhere to SMACNA and ASHRAE standards. At Duct Asia Engineering Co., Ltd., we can design dampers made from steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and PVC. Options include manually controlled models, models with an electric actuator, models with a pneumatic actuator, butterfly dampers, louver dampers, and radial vane dampers.

Insulation

Thermal Insulation that we distributed include closed cell insulation, fiber glass insulation, and rockwool insulation with different thicknesses to suit each customer’s demands. Insulations help save energy and prevent condensation on ducts. They are also durable and once installed, give the room a finished touch.
