Insulation
Thermal Insulation that we distributed include closed cell insulation, fiber glass insulation, and rockwool insulation with different thicknesses to suit each customer’s demands. Insulations help save energy and prevent condensation on ducts. They are also durable and once installed, give the room a finished touch.
Aeroflex and Armaflex insulations are made from synthetic EDPM rubber. This rubber consists of countless independent cells that are not connected to one another. Within these cells are dry air that enables Aeroflex insulations to have more prominent properties compared to other types of insulations. Apart from their excellent insulation properties, EPDM closed cell insulation ducts and sheets are also lightweight, highly flexible, easy to install, and neat looking. It is suitable for all types of air conditioning systems.
Properties
- Very low water absorption rates and water vapor or atmospheric moisture infiltration rates
- Low thermal conductivity (K. value)
- Lessens the loss of cold air and prevents condensation
- Highly resistant to ozone, ultraviolet rays, and weather conditions
- Highly flexible; can be easily flexed and bent to fit curved ducts, making installation convenient and neat.
This type of insulation is made from fine glass fibers that are attached together using a special fire retardant adhesive. This glue shapes the fiber glass into sheets and rolls according to the design. Both normal and aluminum types are available.
Applicable for | coating cool or hot air ducts in buildings, offices, factories, and accommodations to maintain constant and stable air temperature that don’t exceed 121◦C(250◦C). |

Properties | Insulate heat, absorb noises, fire retardant, easy to install, resistant to pressure, prevents condensation, long service life |
Rockwool is made by combining basalt, a volcanic stone with natural inorganic substances using intense heat to smelt the mixture into wooly fibers that can withstand temperatures as high as 1000°C. Rockwool is therefore suitable as a heat insulator as well as a noise reducer or absorber. The product is available in various sizes, densities, and forms such as duct liners, rolls, or sheets. It can be purchased bare or topped with aluminum foil.
Applicable for | environments with intense heat such as power plants, boilers, industrial factories, or fireproof walls and curtain walls in buildings, and audio recording studios. It can be used in small to large projects. |
